The Proposal Analyst possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures to complex proposals and proposal team coordination.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for Smart Grid and Smart Metering solutions proposal activity worldwide. Handle multiple concurrent projects with varying degrees of complexity.
• Implement and execute the proposal process from start to finish from point of opportunity identification through completion of final document. Scope includes analyzing RFP requirements, leading proposal opportunity kickoff calls with proposal project team, managing proposal project timeline, writing and editing all proposal sections, producing a highly quality proposal, fielding follow-up questions, assisting with shortlist presentations, and conducting post-mortems with the proposal team.

Data Conversion Lead – this position requires very strong leadership ability and a solid understanding of how to data convert data from multiple ERP sources to a single target ERP. This role is in support of a global JDE E1 installation for a manufacturer in the Aerospace industry. This person will work to provide leadership for the data conversion effort.
