DevOps Engineer Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as an SCM/ DevOps/release engineer, automation engineer or in a position with similar skill sets and responsibilities.
• Experience with two or more development infrastructure tools including Subversion/GIT and Artifactory, Bamboo, Jenkins, Pulse or other CI.

DevOps Engineer Principal Responsibilities & Essential Duties

• Responsible for supporting, scheduling and deploying to QA, Staging and Production environments.
• Primary owner of test, build, release process in development and production infrastructures. Responsible to execute standard software build plan, deploy software to all development and production environments, continuous improvement of release processes including using automation, manual tools and methods.
• Linux Engineering and Administration – RHEL preferred. Must have experience with environments around 300 servers or more.
• VMware – spinning up new VM’s, troubleshooting.
• Work with project teams to employ best practices in source control, continuous integration and delivery, automated test execution and release management to all development and production environments.
• Focus on Process and Environment Automation, Source Control, Virtualization and Build and Release Solutions.
• Creation and maintenance of an automated build/release scripts and plans.
• Requires after-hours release support, so a flexible time schedule is required.

Epic Data Conversion Specialist Experience
•5 years of experience working on data conversion projects.
•Epic data conversion experience required.
•Epic Bridges Certification required
•Experience with Epic Bridges, including altering interfaces in Bridges, monitoring interface errors and meeting with clinical staff to determine interface specifications. Experience with Epic Chronicles a plus but not required.

•Responsible for converting data from multiple data sources including text files, ODBC and non-ODBC compliant data base files. Other data sources may include proprietary formats, MS Excel and MS Access.

Agile Transformation Coach Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Computer Science preferred with a strong academic record (graduate degree in Business or Technology a plus)

Integration Specialist

Integration Specialist Responsibilities:
• Works directly with Customer and Internal MG teams to include Sales, Delivery and Product
• Understand high level interface requirements as represented in the Data Flow Diagram (DFD)
• Writes requirements and test plans for custom interfaces
• Supports customer testing
• Defect investigation and resolution
• Participates and supports integration efforts throughout the entire project lifecycle and during stabilization (new customer implementations, existing customer enhancements)
• Distributes interface documentation to customers
• Conducts walkthroughs of sample files and mapping documents
• Performs GAP analysis between company standards and customer interface capabilities
• Makes interface recommendations based on knowledge of interface capabilities
• Understands product and participates in discussions around the need for custom or base new features
• Facilitates and supports integration training and workflow demonstrations
• Works with the Delivery Team to identify integration trigger points within customer’s workflow
• Works with the Delivery Team to identify other system configuration needs specific to integration
• Responsible for configuration and testing of imports and extracts
• Create, review and maintain integration-related documentation for both internal and external customers (e.g. mapping documents, EDI specifications, fact-finding questionnaires, etc.)

Qualifications:
• Knowledgeable of XML, EDI and CSV file formats
• Knowledge of other file formats (e.g. SAP iDoc, EDIFACT, Fixed Format, etc.)
• Familiar with cloud-based architecture and concepts
• Knowledge of transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP, AS/2)
• Able to read Java code and debug in Eclipse or equivalent experience is preferred

About the Role
In this role, you will act as Scrum Master for a highly skilled team of technical engineers, developers, and infrastructure experts, using Agile-at-Scale methods to design, develop, implement, and optimize a complete end-to-end DevOps solution that transforms the organization at the enterprise level.

• Have experience in Agile software development, Agile methods applied to DevOps environments and be an advocate and coach for “all things Agile” across the organization

Scrum Master Experience:
• Bachelors and 5+ years functional knowledge and experience with application development lifecycle, infrastructure engineering, and application hosting; or equivalent combination of education and experience with 3 to 5+ years as a Scrum Master
• Have experience working in Amazon Web Services (AWS), infrastructure, and testing environment
• Strong collaboration and partnership skills to work with infrastructure, operations, enterprise & solution architecture teams
• Experience managing end-to- end lifecycle complex technical programs
• Hands-on knowledge and experience in relevant Agile tools such as Rally, Jira, or Version One, etc.
• Knowledge of DevOps capabilities such as Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD), Automated Testing, etc.
• Awareness/Knowledge of DevOps tools, such as Jenkins, Selenium
• Experience in software, systems, networking, hardware, logistics and operations or capacity planning.
• One or more of the following certifications preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner, and/or Agile Certified Practioner

SOFTWARE ENGINEER II – CONTRACT TO PERM – RALEIGH, NC

This position is NOT eligible for subcontractors or those that require sponsorship

Software Engineer II Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant field required
8 to 10 years’ experience required

Software Engineer II Skills, and Abilities:
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to work independently and manage ones time
Strong knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery
Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software in the Communications and Collaboration environment
Knowledge of computer development software as it relates to systems, such as Powershell and scripting of Contact Center solutions, etc

Software Engineer II Responsibilities:
Approve, schedule, plan and supervise the installation and testing of new products and improvements to computer systems
Develop standards and guidelines to guide the use and acquisition of software and to protect vulnerable information
Perform other duties as assigned
