RECRUITER – CONTRACT – RICHMOND, VA

Seeking a Sr. Level recruiter to join our internal recruiting team. The position will focus on IT and the other on College / Sales recruiting specialties.

Recruiter Skills & Requirements:

• Strong Recruiter Experience (Focus on IT is a big plus)
• Previous experience working Agency and Corporate recruiting
• Experience with full life-cycle recruiting
• Strong at Sourcing Candidates
• Soft Skills (Positive Attitude, Proactive, Great at Building Relationships)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of 5+ years full life-cycle recruiting experience
• High level of initiative with a drive for results
• Track record of initiating and driving process improvements
• Strong negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions
• Exceptional organizational skills, follow up skills, and attention to detail
• Track record of developing and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with clients and candidates
• Ability to attract passive candidates and build proactive pipelines through cold calling and networking
• Applied experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting related technologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience with formal presentations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel and Outlook
• Willingness to travel approximately up to 10% of the time
• BA/BS or relevant work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years recruiting in a search firm environment

TALENT SPECIALIST – CONTRACT / CTP – RALEIGH, NC

Source, screen, evaluate, and schedule candidates for interviews for exempt and nonexempt employees, interns and contractors as assigned. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and staffing agents. Work closely with people managers and employees to support positive work relationships, strengthen morale, increase productivity, and retention.

Talent Specialist Skills & Requirements:

• 4 year degree in Business, Human Resources, or related area
• 2-5 years of experience in human resources resulting in knowledge of principles and practices of human resources administration, recruiting and employee relations
• Comfortable interfacing with all levels of management, including executives; Able to work effectively in teams, provides and receives constructive feedback
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and staffing agents
• Proactive in the ability to identify and set time constraints for in-demand candidates; Able to source and promote openings internally and externally to generate active and passive candidates
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Extensive knowledge with MS Office products, especially MS Excel and MS Word
• Ability to use and learn HR systems
• Unwavering integrity and ethical standards
• Solution finder, proactive, assumes responsibility for outcomes, creative and a self-managed individual; Able to manage multiple projects
• Flexible and adaptable to changes in hiring priorities and the ability to formulate plans to efficiently fill new roles
• Able to travel up to 10% of the time to offsite events such as job fairs and colleges

Preferred Requirements:
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Industry experience in SaaS, Internet, or other Technology companies
