Lead Android Engineer Responsibilities
• Design, develop, modify and deploy robust solutions with the Android platform using OAuth 2.0, RESTful JSON APIs to back-end services and other 3rd party SDK services.
• Able to take business requirements and lead architecture and development efforts to create highly powerful and highly scalable applications.
• Maintain existing MobileSmith Android code base and fix bugs and bottlenecks when needed
• Scope and prioritize technical design requirements to meet product team requirements for mobile apps.

Lead Android Engineer Desired Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of different versions of the Android SDK and how to deal with different screen sizes.
• 5+ years of experience with various Android API levels (at least to API 23)
• Familiarity with offline storage, threading and performance tuning
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications

Clinical Data Manager

CLINICAL DATA MANAGER – PERM – DURHAM, NC

POSITION SUMMARY
The Clinical Data Specialist III (CDS III) independently plans, conducts and reports the data management portion of large, complex or international projects and provides leadership on the value and best practices for data integration processes. The CDS III provides the expert leadership for defining data management project requirements, considerations and effective implementation options. The CDS III position is an experienced manager supporting Clinical Data Management (CDM) teams, coordinating projects, facilitating infrastructure initiatives and participating in business development activities. The CDS III may perform other CDS level and Program Manager responsibilities on a project.

WORK PERFORMED
The CDS III independently plans and manages all project related data management activities to include project contracts and sponsor communication. The projects include international with multiple collaborators, partners or sub-contractors, and projects involving new technology.
Project Management
Budget/Scope of Work
Contributes to the data management portion of the scope of work and protocol.
Provides input and assistance to Program Manager for scope of work changes.
Oversees projections for project data management work. Maintains accountability to the Project Lead for data management deliverables and timelines.
Manages internal and external customer expectations.
Risk Assessment
Proposes solutions to project risks; collaborates with the Project Leader and/or Program Manager to manage risk.
Communication
Oversees communication with Project Leader, project team, sponsor and project stakeholders regarding project data management items.
Timelines
Oversees CDM project specific timelines.
Coordinates with cross-functional team to develop and manage project timelines.
Data Coordination
EDC Support
Oversees processes in support of EDC account management on projects. Oversees coordinate and resolution of project integration issues. (e.g., IxRS, SADI, data load issues).
Manages project related issues.
Oversees project lock procedures for systems within the CDMS (e.g., EDC
database, integrations).
Audits
Supports internal and external audits; develops and oversees execution of corrective action plan.
Stays current with applicable regulations and guidance.
Project Documentation
Oversees creation and management of the Data Management Plan throughout the project; may include complex project plans.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Supervises maintenance of project documentation in a centralized location
for the duration of the project; to include, but is not limited to, a project
profile, specifications, testing, and project data management training.
Directs internal and external project team meetings that may include cross-functional
groups, sponsors and external stakeholders (e.g., data
management team meetings, on-line review).
Oversees collaboration on project lock requirements and activities during
closeout.
Supervises the management of the project lock checklist.
Maintains a working knowledge of healthcare and research data that is
collected in a therapeutic area.
Oversees training on the EDC System, applications, and other project related data management activities.
Clearly defines project specific expectations, roles and responsibilities for
all data management team members.
Oversees creation of eCRF instructions, training materials and other applicable CDMS instructions or other project related communication.
Prepares and makes presentations at internal and external meetings,including investigator meetings.

REQUIREMENTS- WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
Experience overseeing collaboration with project stakeholders on requirements and workflow of the CDMS (e.g., database, integrations, systems).
Experience overseeing database design and data validation checks with project stakeholders.
Experience supervising collaboration with project stakeholders on best practices for data cleaning requirements and requirements for reports/views, listings, quality
control checks, alerts, data reconciliations and integrations.
Experience developing programs and unit tests prototype eCRF screens and data
validation checks.
Experience managing collaboration with sponsor and statistician to implement
appropriate controlled terminology, standards or use of sponsor data
structures.
Experience overseeing performance and documentation of quality control testing, user
acceptance testing (UAT) and production qualification on components of
the CDMS; oversees UAT with project stakeholders.

QA / Automation Engineer in Test

AUTOMATION ENGINEER IN TEST – PERM – DURHAM, NC

The Automation Engineer in Test is responsible for black, gray, and white box testing of highly distributed backend applications that deal with processing large amounts of data using both automated and manual testing techniques. You will define and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases, ensuring that quality issues and defects are properly identified and tracked. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining both automated and user-level testing tools. You will be required to collaborate effectively with software engineers, business owners, project management, and other internal stakeholders.

Automation Engineer Responsibilities:
Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test plans.
Create (from scratch) and maintain automated testing framework and tests.
Analyze requirements, develop, and execute dynamic data driven test cases with test results, and report software defects with detailed information.
Define and track quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts.
Collaborate with project team members in application testing, to include system, unit, regression, load, and user acceptance testing;
Validate and certify data to ensure the results meet the business requirements in SIT, UAT and in production
Create and maintain user acceptance tests for all released products and all client configurations
Assist in the development of change control processes, best practices, and guidelines for new and existing technologies.

Automation Engineer in Test Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 8 years of relevant SQA experience with functional, integration, and regression testing and test automation in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Demonstrated proficiency with at least one widely used object oriented programming language such as Java or C# and experience with scripting languages, such as Groovy / Python.
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium.
Experience with performance and load testing.
Deep understanding of prevalent QA standards and methodologies, the Software Development Lifecycle, and Agile/Scrum techniques, preferably SAFe.
Experience with back-end testing (data base, web services, batch workflow)
Experience in applying latest test automation techniques like data-driven testing
Strong testing experience in ETL, Warehouse, and Reports preferred.
Experience with Release Management team to create and maintain automated build verifications and smoke tests. Experience with Bamboo and BitBucket preferred.
Experience with testing tools like SoapUI/ReadyAPI or JMeter.
Experience with Atlassian suite of tools (Jira, Confluence) preferred.
Strong database testing and SQL experience, preferably Oracle.
Experience working with data in a Healthcare environment preferred, especially clinical coding.
